Жильё сдаёт мой хороший знакомый.


2.5-month 2-BR sublet in a quiet neighborhood near Porter Square in
Somerville.

Furnished, comfortable, spacious (1,100 sq ft +), sunny, cozy, modern
layout, 2-bedroom apartment on the upper floor of a 2-family house with
a huge green backyard with BBQ grills, large screened porch with a
hammock and lawn furniture, plenty of off-street parking, within easy
walking distance to the Porter Sq. Red Line T-stop and shopping centers with
all sorts of stores and supermarkets, as well as convenient access to
Route 2, I-93, and I-90.

All utilities and amenities are included (central air cond. + extra
bedroom
AC/washer/dryer/disposal/parking/cable/TV/VCR/stereo/broadband/PC/piano & other musical instruments/utensils/furniture/household
items/etc).

I have an OK library, both in English and in Russian, and a large CD
collection which the tenant(s) would be able to enjoy, provided the CDs
and books are put back in the same organized order :-)

My place is worth over $2,000/mo, but I will take much less -- I am
open to all reasonable offers, as well as some unreasonable ones :-)

The apt. is available starting on or about May 30th, to be vacated on
or about the 16th of August. Only serious professionals and/or graduate
students will be considered (along with their families, naturally) --
I'm leaving the country for 2.5 months, and all my belongings are in
this place. References might be required, as well as a $500 security
deposit returnable upon moving out, depending on the closeness of my or
your relationship with the interested parties.

Please spread the word -- there are many people who come to Boston for
the summer, and I am reluctant to rent it out to just any person off
the street -- I'd much rather ask you. Finally, dogs are OK, whereas
cats are not (I'm highly allergic to most cats, unfortunately). The place
is available for viewing on a short notice. Pictures are available
upon request, as well as the souvenirs from the Promised/Holy Land upon my
return :-)

Музеи то есть, но вот где я там найду такое начальссство? Что бы не парилось по поводу прихода на работу после 12 дня, причем в течение нескольких месяцев?:)
